Delighted to be back at altitude, it’s gonna be a very hard few weeks, but I’m ready
It’s tough, some nights I don’t want to do rehab and stretches.
But it’s a gift chasing the Olympics
My body is good,
I’m feeling good,
I’m back
Back at it, and time to start rebuilding the fitness, I’m angry with the last few months but dangerous and ready to train
Might be a slow enough road back to training, but it’s started and that’s the main thing
Nutrition is far more important than I gave it credit for, I need to up my nutrients game.
Learning from the past two years, and perhaps my recovery hasn’t been where it should be.. most days of in the last 2 years is 4, perhaps now my we body is paying the price.
Blood test came back some answers and now I have to recover before rebuilding
Well done to all who competed at Belfast marathon, and a little more on what I’m up to.

Fitness test today, showed why I’ve been struggling, because I’m producing more lactate at 20kmh than I usually do at 22km.
