Back up the mountains for me, it felt like good timing and I need to find something extra for New York half / Boston
It’s all relative, but it’s felt like a week of turbulence.. session wasn’t fantastic, but certainly not my worst session ever

It’s not easy rebuilding the body and engine, but it’s always a good learning curve.. few niggles lingering, but excited for this next build up
Running is giving you so much more than you believe.

Got back to training today, still sick and it’s windy.. but it was good to get going again..
Start owning your sh*t - good traits and bad.. own it and become better prepared to handle the world, which will 100% translate to better results in life and sport.
