The podcast alternates between solo shows and guest interviews with leading experts. We cover topics including eating disorder recovery, exercise compulsion, ACT, polyvagal theory, body image and self-worth, trauma, anxiety, grief, habit formation and goal setting. As well as sharing interviews with clients who have gone from the depths of an eating disorder to reaching the freedom of full recovery.
