Real Health Radio is the podcast for you if you want freedom from an eating disorder. I’m your host Chris Sandel, nutritionist, coach and eating disorder expert. And despite what the eating disorder may be telling you, you CAN reach a place of full recovery.

The podcast alternates between solo shows and guest interviews with leading experts. We cover topics including eating disorder recovery, exercise compulsion, ACT, polyvagal theory, body image and self-worth, trauma, anxiety, grief, habit formation and goal setting. As well as sharing interviews with clients who have gone from the depths of an eating disorder to reaching the freedom of full recovery.
