The Imaginal Podcast is for anyone who wants to break through old criticisms or move through childhood feelings of exclusion in order to express themselves more fully. Sometimes old stories or fears can unnecessarily hold really capable, talented people back. We are often creatives and empaths - people who are generally self-aware yet also have areas of their life that they still want to express whether that's creatively, professionally, relationally or contributorily. It is a place where we have real and tender conversations about how to understand and actualize your uniqueness. Laughter, vulnerability, bravery, resilience, compassion and healing are all prioritized here. We break the fourth wall of being human and sort through the obstacles that might be preventing you from expressing your creativity, utilizing your voice and value, enjoying your life to the fullest, and being true to yourself. It is led by Lori "Sas" Sase (she/her); life coach and a student of life. Though not fully realized herself yet, she has realized how much freedom, confidence, meaning, and connection the process of self-realization facilitates. Like the caterpillar who carries its butterfly-blueprint-containing imaginal cells to the chrysalis, where it melts into goo before it can transform, you too have an inner knowing that can tell you how to make your wings. And it's been within you all along. Sas's hope is that The Imaginal Podcast will help you learn how to listen to your own internal imaginal cells that are just waiting to be trusted and manifested. And then discover how you can live, love and contribute in even more meaningful ways. **Music by: KonovalovMusic
