Michael Kies shares real estate sales tips, from basic selling skills to advanced sales techniques for improving sales results. The positive success stories of agents using Michael's hands on guides span the world. The Success in Real Estate podcast covers the three main strategies that agents and principals need to see exponential growth: 1. Attract: The ability to attract now sellers 2. Sell: Each skill in the sales process must be sound. If we don't have enough listings, it's likely that our prospecting skill is low. If we have stale listings, it's likely that our price reduction confidence is low. Each of these problems will see agents "nearly" reaching success, but they will always be 1-2 skills away. 3. Compound: The ability to compound each listing/past sale to attract new and fresh listings onto the market.
