Sell: Each skill in the sales process must be sound. If we don't have enough listings, it's likely that our prospecting skill is low. If we have stale listings, it's likely that our price reduction confidence is low. Each of these problems will see agents "nearly" reaching success, but they will always be 1-2 skills away. 3.
