Thanks for popping by to check out my podcast. My name is Helen and I'm here to encourage self care as a daily habit so that you can start living even better. I am the owner and founder of HOL Health, the author of the best selling book 'Change Makers 5', and one of Australia's Top Mindset Coaches.


The weekly show is a holistic view of being conscious at putting yourself first in all areas of your life such as: Family, Friendships, Relationships, Physical Health, Mental Health, Wealth, Career, and Personal Growth.
