I’m Sara Moreira, nurse, functional diagnostic nutrition practitioner, and mom of 4. After walking through my own journey of postpartum depletion, flatlined cortisol, and gut imbalances, I know what it’s like to feel dismissed, misdiagnosed, and told “everything looks normal” when you feel anything but.

For years I was stuck in the cycle of clean eating, supplement guessing, and chasing symptom after symptom until I discovered how powerful it is to work with the body, not against it.

Now I blend functional lab testing with ancestral rhythms, mineral balancing, and a faith-rooted, nervous system-supportive approach to help women restore their metabolism, digestion, and energy after having kids.
