What makes you come alive? Welcome to the RunAlive Podcast, where we explore what we can learn from running and apply to our daily lives.
This is not your normal running podcast - you won’t find splits and training plans here. We explore why running is important to our guests and what we can learn from their lives. We speak to authors, politicians, coaches, athletes and activists - running is the thread that joins it all together.
We take a deep look into the lives of guests, to tell great stories which provide learning and insight into the lives, stories and habits of them as people. Each episode is drawn together with a "Go-Do" something practical that we've learnt from the guest, that can help us all grow and improve in our daily lives.
