I'm Renee Booe and I know what it’s like to feel stuck in overthinking and fear, wondering if my dreams were selfish ambitions or God-given callings. For years, I struggled with overwhelm, self-doubt, and the frustration of not following through on what mattered most. But through God’s guidance and learning to work with my brain instead of against it, I discovered how to live intentionally and pursue my purpose with confidence.

Now, as a Christian Life Coach certified in Behavior Change Psychology and Biblical Brain-Based Mindset Coaching I combine faith and neuroscience to help people like you rewire your brain to break free from those same struggles and create a life of purpose and intention.

In this podcast, we’ll explore practical strategies grounded in neuroscience and God’s Word to help you gain the clarity and confidence you need to create the life you’ve been longing for.
