Aloha! I'm Donald Robinson, Coach Donald to many. If you are a runner, athlete or just someone who wants to know how to train better and get more out of your hard work, this is for you. In a fun demeanor, with short stories to tell, you will learn the why, what, and how, of good training.
I own and operate Global Human Performance in Pittsburgh PA where I train a number of youth and adult runners, various sport athletes, and non athletes. I hold a Master's Degree in Exercise Science. I'm also a HS and club track and field coach.
