Lately I've been feeling in between world. Sometimes even I have to go deep within to get answers. It reminded me to never forget the simple things.

This was another Meditation Download. I had a conversation with my inner child during my meditation. So I wanted to share it. If you are deeply into spirituality, you should definitely check it out.

After meditation, I sat in deep thought. I talk about observing Suny and how it feels to be P.A.L.L.E. (higher self) and feeling emotions with Suny.

I talk about the conversation I had with my higher self. When the ego makes me feel emotions I don't want to experience, my higher self made suggestions what to do with that energy.
