In a Boston bar in December 2023 — over drinks that cost more than the guys usually like to spend — the concept for the Froze Bros podcast was born. Just like an actual birth, going from conception to the emergence of something hard on the ears and that friends insincerely call cute took about nine months.
The resulting podcast is a comical, irreverent, yet sometimes still informative look at frozen food and drinks. Hosts Mike, who knows his way around a kitchen, Darren, who never really learned to cook, and Max, who later joined as an official Bro, talk buying, cooking, and eating frozen foods—and whatever else crosses their frozen minds. Because we’re just a little cooler.
