Recovering Mentally - Podcast

Recovering Mentally

Recovering Mentally is discussing mental health, wellness, and recovery.
As a sober individual, with mental illness, and a son with mental illness; we take a unique approach through humor and knowledge to be our most authentic selves and the Badasses we are.
I have personally experienced rock bottom. It caused me to leave my corporate job and allow me to focus on what is needed in my life and the lives of others like me. What I have found is creativity, empathy, compassion, and an inner strength I have never known.
We educate, advocate, and inspire. There will be laughter, tears, tears of joy. We are here for you to help you maneuver this journey called life. This is a world where we stigmatize things that are different. This is your safe space for all. We welcome you and look forward to interacting with you.
