To choose God's Plan for Salvation we need to realize that Holding Grievances is what holds us back. Each day we typically find a way to hold a grievance against someone or some thing.  

When we meet with a seller a go through the comparable property sale we talk about these pricing strategies: Aggressive price, Fair Market Price, and (not reccommended) Over pricing.

With all your life experience and things that have not work, once you really look at the truth that God is teaching us its now realizable that only God's Plan for Salvation works.
