Yana immigrated to the United States with her parents at the age of 10, bringing with her a passion for martial arts that had already taken root at the tender age of 6. Since moving to America, she has wholeheartedly dedicated herself to the pursuit of martial arts, viewing it as a lifelong journey of self-improvement. Currently residing in Michigan, Yana holds the position of Director at the College of Martial Arts, an established martial arts school. She is also a proud member of the Zen Bei Butoku-Kai International.
This podcast will introduce individuals who help encourage us to find a path toward self-mastery and who embody discipline, structure and balance - fundamental aspects of the martial arts world that fuel her energy and ignite her enthusiasm.
