Life's Work - Podcast

Life's Work

We know from global research that around 70% of people are unhappy at work. This is a diabolical statistic which has remained constant for many decades and, despite knowing this, nothing much has changed. People are still disengaged, which is not only having a huge impact on the performance of organisations, but importantly also on the lives of all who work within them, and in ways that many do not even realise.

The purpose of this podcast is to share lessons from life and work, for the benefit of everyone – the audience, the host, Steve, even the interviewee. Being asked questions about life and work, maybe from a slightly different perspective than they’ve considered before, gives the guests the opportunity to provide a deeper insight into their experiences and even draw parallels and inspiration for their own journey. All the guests on Life’s Work have lived a life that is a story worth retelling.

Steve has always been a learner, believing that every day brings new lessons, but he also likes to do so the easy way, learning from the experience of others. Wisdom, as we know, generally comes with years of experience, but by listening to the experiences and lessons learned by others, it's hoped we can all gain the benefit of their wisdom and apply it to our life and work.
