Come Back to Care

Are you looking for ways to practice social justice in your daily parenting and nurture your child’s development while re-parenting your inner child? You’re in the right place.

I'm Nat Nadha Vikitsreth, a decolonized and licensed clinical psychotherapist, somatic abolitionist, and founder of Come Back to Care. I created this podcast for you because I deeply honor your commitment to raising your child with intention and integrity.

In this podcast, we explore how social justice, child development sciences, parenting, and inner child re-parenting intersect with one another. In each episode, we turn down the volume of oppressive social norms and outdated family patterns so that we can hear our inner voice and raise our children by our own values too.

Please visit https://www.comebacktocare.com/podcast to view the episode show notes and transcripts.

Let's re-imagine parenting to be deeply decolonized and intentionally intergenerational. I'm wholeheartedly grateful that you're here.
