About the Host: Hi, I am Ashwin Bhadri the CEO of Equinox Labs - India's leading Food, Water & Air Testing Lab. Equinox is an Expert in FSSAI Compliance and Food Safety Management for Corporates and FnB Companies. Equinox Labs is a pioneer in Food Safety Monitoring and FSSAI Compliance. Equinox caters to a wide range of clients, including BPOs', MNCs', Food Caterers, Bakeries, and many more. I am a National Level Speaker on FSSAI and I have trained over 50,000 people on FSSAI. I personally advise over 500 companies on their FSSAI Compliance, EHS Policies, and Critical Infrastructure Maintenance. I work with several elite brands to help them develop Food Safety Programs and also work closely with FSSAI for implementing the new food safety orders in the country.
