Your podcast host is Brendan O'Brien, who joined the Police Service in 1985. Since then he served in the Cheshire Constabulary, The Bermuda Police and Greater Manchester Police. Brendan still works in the police sector as an advisor and consultant. For the past 27 years Brendan has been coaching and supporting people in the recruitment, promotion and specialist interview process. In these podcasts Brendan will share with you some of the 'secrets' to success you will not find anywhere else!
