The Alzheimer Society of Windsor and Essex County (ASWE) feels fortunate to be able to share with you engaging conversations with persons living with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. This podcast will feature engaging conversations with persons living with dementia, care partners, ASWE staff, and community leaders to raise awareness about this disease.
Better Together: An ASWE Podcast presents real, unscripted conversations that touch on the challenges of the disease, coping with the disease and how the Alzheimer Society of Windsor & Essex County helps. Each episode provides a unique learning experience and amplifies that we are truly, better together.
