Why Being Inadequate & Incompetent Is Selfish

We have all been there - we have been inadequate and incompetent in on area or another. While not a death sentence or an attack on ourselves as good people, it does raise to the light the acknowledgment that those we care about as well as the larger community as a whole suffer when we do not excel where we know we can.
