Taking time to audit what your mind is fixated on and why it is fixated on it can help in dealing with fear. Of course, this requires one to be present and to accept the feelings they are experiencing. Taking a few seconds to acknowledge what you are feeling and another few seconds to relax will change your perspective.


Fear takes us away from the present moment to a limiting place filled with uncertainty. Reclaim your joy at this moment by adopting a child’s mindset of infinite possibilities. Let go of the need to control everything in your future, because that future is not guaranteed. Instead, make the most of this moment because that’s guaranteed, it is already available to you.


Today, we’ll learn how to navigate the fear space fast and safely. We’ll also learn the importance of being in the present moment and tapping into the joy that’s already available to you. Additionally, I’ll share with you a few lessons that we can learn from how children approach life.
