This 10-minute guided meditation offers an opportunity to begin your work day with focus, intention, and calm. Starting from a grounding introduction, you are gently invited to enter the present moment and expand your awareness. You will be guided in breath connection and body scanning techniques so that you can melt away tension and focus on making space for clarity. You will also be guided in setting an intention for the day which may include confidence, patience, or creativity. Throughout the day, you will be reminded to be mindful and remember that there is always access to presence and clarity.
