We’ll wrap things up by reinforcing a sense of deep calm and reminding you that you can carry this peace with you—because let’s face it, life’s not getting any less chaotic, but you can show up to it with more clarity and ease. And when you're ready, you’ll gently return to awareness, feeling refreshed and recharged.
