Practice tips

Don't make self realization more difficult than it need be.  You need not go through all sorts of loops and twists and turns to be your Self as you already are!  Remember whom you are is the blessing you need.  The miracle of Life that each of us represent is un-comparable to almost everything.  It is that great of a gift.  Open your heart to your Self.  I know you will be surprised  at whom you find.
