finding one's joy

I knew it was around here somewhere,

best to pause, get comfortable, 

and look inside for our basic companions...

our breath and our pulse and what they do

which is allow us to live a few moments longer!

Finding one's Joy, it is right here amidst the celebration, the party which continues as long as one is alive, be aware, come and join the party of the dawning of the Aquarian
