Seldom do we take a moment to think about whom we are, where, why, what we are, when, and how... The six questions were first written down in the mid sixteenth century by Thomas Wilson and immortalized by Rudyard Kipling in 1902. these are the elements, when answered which fill out a story like in journalism or in making an explanation about something. they are worthy to use here, too, in one's own inquiry.
Answers to these questions are what we need to learn to accept. that is acceptance! It is not necessarily easy to do, as much as we have positive elements about our selves, there are usually areas where we could improve... I'm be-ing nice

remember, meditation and mindfulness are tools, they do not replace you or your thinking, you are the most important aspect of any of this, it is you that are a bundle of miracles, just remember that we are always changing in every moment and for such reasons have the opportunities to continually seek improvement.
