Something fishy is happening under the streets of Manhattan. The wife of the chief of the 9th precinct has gone missing, homeless folks are not showing up at their regular soup kitchen, the Nuclear Regulator Commission is leaving behind ankle boots. 
This movie has a lot of familiar faces, and is entrenched in the pop culture zeitgeist, but how many people have actually watched it?
