I never realized how much of me dies every time I lose a loved one

Things like cancer, and Parkinson's Disease are not easy to watch especially when it is a loved one or anyone you care for or care about.
doing it without a safety net or a loved one who has your back is so hard. Sit with me as I attempt to articulate what I am going through with this experience.
