Frankie was born in a female body and transitioned into a male when he was an adult.  He shares how confusing it was as a child and teen to be in the "wrong body".  As he became a young adult and learned about the possiblity of changing his gender, he knew this was the path for him.  Frankie also shares the judgement and bullying he endured that happened within the LGBTQ community.  He tells of the wounding that came with  that bullying.  In a community where inclusion was a prime attribute, he felt shamed and judged.  His story is touching and brave.  He has come to a healthy understanding of his past journey  & currently finds himself very supported by friends and family. 

This podcast is a combination of Jackie's clinical insight as well as her wisdom & life experience gained from years of mentoring, coaching & counseling.
