As a dance & fitness instructor for over 35 years, I have been fascinated to watch where people choose to take their positions in the studio.  Some people take the front row with confidence, others are comfortable in the middle blending in, while others hide in the back and choose to remain unseen.  WHY?  I ask you to do some self-reflection as to why you choose the spot in class you do.   The front row  people possess confidence, positive energy, a seasoned skill set, and perfect execution.  Ask yourself, is it my goal to some day claim a front row spot or is it my goal to stay tucked away in the back forever?
