Transformational leaders know how to encourage, inspire and motivate people to perform in ways that create meaningful change.  Martin Luther King Jr is a transformational leader.  Steve Jobs is a transformational leader.  These leaders have charisma and their messages are timely.  However, this power can also be used by adverse leaders to create change that is self-serving through manipulation and fear.  Jackie explains both styles of transformational leadership and why it is so important to be discerning.
