Your reality is what you speak or think

You've heard the saying "take every thought captive"  it will serve you well

Wasting time makes you anxious so try to avoid it

Make sure, to be honest upfront it will be a lifesaver later

Forgiving others is a work in progress so make sure to give yourself some grace in this area

Judgment can work for you or against you use your discerning skills

Always be aware of your intentions
