We dug talking about sleeping and talking to veterans so much that we combined the two and talked to an Air Force veteran that is also a Certified Sleep Expert. More sleeping you say? Hell yes I say! Napping while my son naps is one of the highlights of my day. Don't take this away from me. Plus, I'm trying to out-do Lebron.

Find it on Spotify or wherever you're listening to this. He's also sharing wisdom on his website sleepyoudeserve.com. Either option is a can't miss for all your sleep-enhancing needs. After listening to this episode 3 or 4 times you DEFINITELY need to go check Paul out. Maybe come back here again after and listen to a few more episodes. It'll help when dealing with that Thanksgiving anxiety. Somehow. Just trust me.
