Part II- Is This a Reaction or a Response

Caleb had a different spirit among the twelve spies because he already had a spirit to respond to God’s voice. Reactions may be quick, but they can be very costly and misguided. A righteous response is an intention to follow God fully. Only God knows everything; only God gets everything right all the time. Therefore, the only question left is whether we have the faith to agree! That’s the only way to follow God fully. We make ourselves submit to His leadership and the reality that He knows everything. Trusting His promise will always dominate how we approach problems, pain, and success. Who we honor matters because it is the compass deep inside.
