New modular homes have debuted in Cook County as part of a program to address an affordable housing shortage

The Cook County Modular Homes Program is addressing the need for affordable housing in Cook County. It will construct single-family homes in three communities: Humboldt Park, Chicago Heights, and Proviso Township.
