Dr. Daniels is an author, psychotherapist, entrepreneur, husband, and father. Driven by his own experience of having an absent father, he became passionate about helping other fathers heal and acquire the necessary tools to be present for their families. Dr. Daniels is the founder of Father’s UpLift, Inc., a mental health and substance abuse clinic that serves fathers and their families, aiding them in overcoming challenges such as toxic masculinity and racism. He is excited about his new book, "Present: The Crisis of American Fatherhood and the Power of Showing Up." Dr. Daniels believes that it takes a village to raise healthy children and emphasizes the importance of community for families to thrive.
