Episode 9 Be nice to yourself because you are always listening.

Here's the thing, sometimes we find it easier to be nice to other people then it is to be nice to ourselves. We don't want to come off as being selfish or insincere. But the thing is, we always listen to ourselves. If you continually say bad things, they'll eventually be true. Just as a positive daily affirmation works, so does a negative one. Better yet, its not just what we say to ourselves, its also what those close to us say that can be a problem too.
