Logos's second meaning in Greek is 'Speech' the ability to apply words into a thought. When 'logos' as a word is combined with a specific subject, it means you're capable to analyse and talk about it in a more sufficient and complete level for example psych-ology is the ability to think, analyse and talk sufficiently about  the matters of the soul, and so on and so forth. -OLOGIES
