I've gone through so many conditions, injuries, and illnesses in my life and I have recently figured out that these were actually manifestations of stress because I have stacked multiple stressors on top of the other!
Our bodies can only handle so much when we try to do multiple things all at once, and it is really not healthy and sustainable to do so.
