Becky’s “Flu Shot” Recipe — Blend 1 squeezed lemon, 1 tbsp Manuka honey, 1 tbsp elderberry, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Zinc, 1 inch peeled ginger, 1 inch peeled turmeric, ½ cup frozen organic pineapple, 1–2 cups coconut water or filtered water. Pour through a strainer and bottoms up!
