Our first Volkanic Eruptor Jayden talks all things leadership, using his youth as power and building his confidence. 

Leadership has been a key skill in Jayden’s journey thus far, one which has led him to not only become a founder and excel in his degree apprenticeship at JLR, but  to become a key voice for young talent within the organisation!

It’s clear that Jayden has a hunger that is very relatable to GEN-Z, he’s a great showcase that "young people aren’t alien" for wanting different things and his hunger/determination challenges the stereotype that GEN-Z are lazy and instead, shows how with the right support & an open mind, this generation will go on to lead and achieve extraordinary things. 

Being a leader is a critical human skill we erupt at Volkanic amongst the younger generation and it goes far beyond the ability to influence people. 🌋✨ 

It’s a skill that often, in the past, has been attributed to a “specific” type of person, personality or even job role.
✨We like to challenge that and have seen first hand through our work that with the right support, leaders can be unlocked in a variety of ways, from a variety of backgrounds and lead in innovative directions. 

Jayden is a brilliant representation that whatever your age, no matter how young or old you are, leadership is a key skill you CAN erupt!
