In this honest conversation, Jessika Marie unravels the notion that our identities must remain the same as we journey through life. In reconnecting with motherhood as a series of rites of passage, she noticed a new way of being start to emerge. Beyond both maidenhood and motherhood, Jessika created a community she calls the Mavenhood. Listen in on Ep. 034 as she reveals the inspiration behind this new archetypal stage.

Within this container of solidarity, she also began to explore shadow work to better understand the unconscious parts of her personality. Jessika then created a movement-turned-online course called UnShame My Story to help others sift through the narratives that are holding them back.
