004: Reflecting on Widowhood, Holding Firm Boundaries & Facing Menopause

In this honest conversation, Regina chronicles the lessons she’s learned through becoming a widow, a divorcée and a newlywed. Tune in as she shares how allowing herself to be vulnerable helped her to cultivate the courage to tell her whole story without feeling the need to shape shift for the sake of others’ opinions.
