Stress is part of our daily life and we tend to normalise it on so many levels. Even though stress is a normal reaction of the human body excessive stress is unhealthy and can have very negative effects on us. As a very stressed uni student I have experienced stress to basically every extend possible so i wanted to share some of my experiences and how I try to deal with it. Enjoy!
