In this episode, Kim and Malachi discuss managing family interactions - especially when there is a history of conflict, trauma, abuse, or other dysfunction. The first half of the episode is  a description of trauma, types of traumatic events, and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder. After laying this groundwork, we move on to discuss some of the intricacies of navigating family during the holidays.
