The advice
given on the fruit question was is you are overweight to not eat more than two
pieces of fruit a day.


High carbs
fruits – Grapes, pineapple, watermelon, cantaloupe (honeydew melons are not so
bad), banana and mango.


Low Carbs
Fruits – Blueberries, raspberries, cherries, apples, plums and grapefruit.
