LDL
- 'Bad Cholesterol'

HDL - 'Good
Cholesterol'

Triglycerides
- Largely Ignored

2
Types of LDL

Type

You
can tell what LDL you have via a LDL particle size test which isn't avilable
with the NHS.

The
key is triglycerides/HDL ratio

The
higher this ratio the greater the risk

Trig/HDL
> 3 very high risk - Lots small LDL
